Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Heritage Pitara. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

  • Handwoven and custom dyed items showing normal variation are not eligible for return unless proven faulty.

  • After review, we will approve or reject your return within 2 working days.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (paid at checkout) are non-refundable unless due to a defect/error by us.

5. Exceptions

  • Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Discounted” may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Exchanges are offered only for size issues when applicable.

6. Faulty/Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
