Thank you for shopping at Heritage Pitara. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

Handwoven and custom dyed items showing normal variation are not eligible for return unless proven faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@heritagepitara.in within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the product

Reason for return

3. Return Process

After review, we will approve or reject your return within 2 working days.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (paid at checkout) are non-refundable unless due to a defect/error by us.
5. Exceptions

Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Discounted” may not be eligible for refunds.

Exchanges are offered only for size issues when applicable.
6. Faulty/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
